Performance is Mental Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

1 - Sponsor

The "Performance is Mental" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by HVMN, Inc., d/b/a Ketone-IQ, ("Sponsor").

2 - Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations, and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3 - Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 11, 2026 and ends on June 21, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4 - How to Enter

a. Purchase Entry. Place a qualifying subscription order at ketone.com during the Promotion Period of 24-shots or 3-pack multiserve or greater. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

b. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Ketone-IQ "Performance is Mental" Sweepstakes, 201 North Brand Blvd, Suite 238, Glendale, CA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than June 28, 2026. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer envelope. Each AMOE entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, with the same odds of winning as a Purchase Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or undeliverable mail.

c. Free Subscriber Entry. Current Ketone-IQ subscribers as of June 11, 2026 with an active qualifying subscription of 24-shots or 3-pack multiserve or greater may opt in to the Sweepstakes at no additional cost by clicking the entry link in the designated Sweepstakes emails during the Promotion Period. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to use this method and no new or additional purchase will increase your chances of winning. Each subscriber may opt in one (1) time and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, with the same odds of winning as a Purchase Entry or an AMOE entry. The per-day entry limit in this Section 4 does not increase a subscriber's entries beyond the single entry granted upon opt-in.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email/postal address per day, regardless of method of entry. Use of any automated system, script, bot, or third-party service to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5 - Prizes

Seven (7) Grand Prize winners will each receive: one (1) pair of MMA gloves consisting of one (1) glove signed by Jon Jones and one (1) glove signed by Gable Steveson. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $500. The total ARV of all prizes is $3,500. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with prize receipt and use, including any federal, state, or local income taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of the prize.

6 - Winner Selection and Notification

On or about June 30, 2026, Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select seven (7) potential Grand Prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, fails to return required documents within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7 - Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, city, state, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

8 - Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any travel or activity related thereto.

9 - General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entry information; or any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological error. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10 - Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in [county], California; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

11 - Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at ketone.com/privacy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

12 - Winners List

For a list of winners, available after July 21, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Ketone-IQ "Performance is Mental" Winners List, 201 North Brand Blvd, Suite 238, Glendale, CA. Requests must be received by July 28, 2026.
