Ketone-IQ Referral Program Terms
Effective September 29, 2026. The Ketone-IQ Referral Program (the "Program") is run by Health Via Modern Nutrition Inc. ("Ketone-IQ", "we"). By sharing a referral link or buying through one, you agree to these rules and to the ketone.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Program is offered to a limited number of customers at our discretion, and it may not be available on your account. You must be at least 18 and a resident of the United States to take part.
Getting a referral link. A personal referral link is offered on the order confirmation page, within 24 hours of an order placed on ketone.com or the Shop app that contains a subscription to the 24-shot pack or the 3-pack Multiserve. Automatic renewals and orders with a subscription to any other product (for example 12 shots, the 12oz 6-pack or 90 Day Supply) do not qualify. You have one link, and you can also find it in your customer account. Your link works while you have a current subscription (active, paused or skipped), have fewer than 3 referrals pending or delivered, are not blocked from the Program, and the Program is available.
What your friend gets. A friend who opens your link is offered 30% off their first subscription order on any subscription offered on the referral landing page, measured against the original price. The offer can be used once per customer, and its terms may change.
What counts as a referral. Your friend must be a new customer placing their first ever order with us, and must buy a subscription (any product offered there) on the referral landing page opened through your link, within 30 days of opening it, on the same browser and device, and paid. If they open links from more than one referrer, the most recently opened valid link counts. Each friend can be credited to one referrer, only their first order counts, and you cannot refer yourself. A purchase made any other way, for example directly on ketone.com without your link, does not count even if your friend heard about Ketone-IQ from you.
Your reward. For each qualifying referral you get $24 off one upcoming subscription charge on your own subscription, however many items that charge includes, on top of your regular subscription discount. Program materials may describe this as "30% off your next order" or "Give 30, get 30". Whatever the wording, the reward is always the fixed $24 and is not a percentage of the charge. You earn it when the carrier confirms delivery of your friend's order, provided you are not blocked and are within the limits below. If you have no current subscription at that time, the reward waits for up to 42 days: it is granted if you restart a subscription within that period, and the referral closes without a reward if you don't. If the carrier never confirms delivery, the referral stays pending and earns no reward. It is applied automatically (it is not a code), covers subscription items only, cannot be shared or transferred, has no cash value, and is used only when the charge is actually paid. One reward applies per charge; further rewards go to later charges, and a reward waits for a later charge if a discount other than your regular subscription discount is already on it. You are responsible for any taxes.
Limits. At most 3 referrals can be pending or delivered at any time, and you can earn at most 3 rewards in total, counting rewards used or removed.
Cancellations and refunds. No reward is earned if your friend's order is cancelled or fully refunded before delivery. An order reported as not delivered earns no reward unless the carrier later confirms delivery. A full refund after delivery removes the reward if it has not been used; partial refunds and cancellations after delivery do not. If you no longer have a current subscription, your unused rewards are put on hold. They are restored if you restart a subscription within 42 days, and removed after that. A reward already used is never taken back.
Misuse. We may review any referral and block accounts that break these rules or misuse the Program, including by taking part through bots or other automated means. Buying through your own link from your own account blocks you. A chargeback on a friend's order cancels the referral, removes the unused reward and blocks both accounts; a chargeback on your own order blocks you and removes your unused rewards. While blocked, your link does not work and pending referrals earn nothing until the block is lifted, and are then checked again under these rules. Blocks are lifted only by our support team after review. Share your link personally with people you know, not on coupon sites, in paid ads or in unsolicited bulk messages, and do not misrepresent the offer.
Changes. The Program is offered for a limited time. We may pause, limit, change or end it, or update these rules, at any time by posting on ketone.com. Updates apply prospectively: a referral is processed under the rules in force when it was credited, and if the Program ends, pending referrals can still earn and unused rewards still apply.
