1. SPONSOR

This promotion (the "Contest") is sponsored by H.V.M.N. Inc., doing business as Ketone-IQ, 201 North Brand Blvd, Suite 238, Glendale, CA 91203 ("Sponsor"). The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Entrants must have a valid, publicly accessible Instagram account and must be following @ketone on Instagram at the time of entry and at the time of winner verification.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 21, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

4. CONTEST BACKGROUND

Prior to the Contest Period, athletes Jon Jones and Gable Steveson competed against each other on a punch-force measurement machine in a best-two-of-three format to determine whose single best punch registered the highest force score (the "Winning Score"). The identity of the winning athlete and the Winning Score have not been disclosed and will remain confidential until announced by Sponsor following the close of the Contest Period.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, to enter:

(a) Follow @ketone on Instagram, if you do not already; and

(b) In a single comment on the official Contest post published by @ketone, state: (i) your guess as to which athlete, Jon Jones or Gable Steveson, registered the highest single punch force score in the competition; and (ii) your numeric guess for the Winning Score as displayed on the punch-force measurement machine.

Both guesses must appear together in a single comment to constitute a valid entry. Comments that omit either element will be disqualified. One (1) entry per person, per Instagram account. If multiple comments are submitted by the same account, only the first eligible comment will be considered. Use of any automated, programmatic, robotic, scripted, or other mechanical means to enter is prohibited. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

6. PRIZES

Five (5) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) pair of MMA gloves consisting of one (1) glove signed by Jon Jones and one (1) glove signed by Gable Steveson (each, a "Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $500. The total ARV of all Prizes is $2,500. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with prize receipt and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Following the close of the Contest Period, Sponsor will identify winners using the following two-step process:

Step 1 — Correct Winner: Sponsor will first identify all eligible entries that correctly identified the winning athlete (the athlete whose single best punch registered the highest force score in the best-two-of-three competition).

Step 2 — Closest Score: From among those eligible entries that correctly identified the winning athlete, Sponsor will rank entries by the absolute difference between the entrant's numeric score guess and the actual Winning Score, from smallest to largest. The five (5) entrants with the smallest absolute difference will be selected as potential winners.

Tiebreaker: If two or more entrants in Step 2 are equidistant from the Winning Score and fewer Prize positions remain than tied entrants, the tied entrants will be entered into a random drawing, from which the remaining winner(s) will be selected.

If fewer than five (5) eligible entries correctly identify the winning athlete, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prizes only to those who did, to select additional winners by random drawing from all eligible entries, or to not award remaining Prizes, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor's determination of the winning athlete, the Winning Score, and all winners is final and binding in all respects. Winner selection will take place on or around June 23, 2026.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram from @ketone on or around June 23, 2026. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact each potential winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, fails to return required documents within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or not award that Prize.

To claim a Prize, each potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted by law, a publicity release, within seven (7) days of notification.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, or any activity related thereto.

Each entrant also agrees to fully release and hold harmless Meta Platforms, Inc. and Instagram from any and all liability related to this Contest.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or garbled entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; printing, typographical, or other errors in these Official Rules or in any Contest-related materials; or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness, and general location for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or prior notice.

12. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All issues concerning the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law rules.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at ketone.com/privacy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

14. WINNERS LIST

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each participant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from or related to this Contest.
