Tour de France Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

1 - Sponsor

The "Tour de France" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by H.V.M.N. Inc., d/b/a Ketone-IQ, 201 North Brand Blvd, Suite 238, Glendale, CA 91203 ("Sponsor").

2 - Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations, and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3 - Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 6, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on July 26, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4 - How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method.

a. Online Entry. During the Promotion Period, click the entry call to action in the Sweepstakes email for the free entry form with the required information. No purchase or payment is required to access or complete the online entry form. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

b. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Ketone-IQ "Tour de France" Sweepstakes, 201 North Brand Blvd, Suite 238, Glendale, CA 91203. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than August 2, 2026. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer envelope. Each AMOE entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, with the same odds of winning as an Online Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or undeliverable mail.

5 - Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) framed Team Visma | Lease a Bike jersey autographed by one of the following riders: Wout van Aert, Matteo Jorgenson, or Sepp Kuss. Each of the three (3) winners will be randomly assigned one (1) of the three (3) signed jerseys; winners do not choose which jersey they receive. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $450.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,350.00. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

6 - Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 28, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. Each potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within the period specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, fails to respond or return required documents by the stated deadline, is found to be ineligible, or declines a prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

7 - Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Where the value of a prize requires it, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize.

8 - General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action that prompted the cancellation, suspension, or modification.

9 - Release

By participating, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Team Visma | Lease a Bike, its riders, the organizers of the Tour de France, or any social media or email platform used to promote the Sweepstakes.

10 - Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at ketone.com/privacy.

11 - Winners List

For the names of the winners, available after August 11, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Ketone-IQ "Tour de France" Sweepstakes Winners List, 201 North Brand Blvd, Suite 238, Glendale, CA 91203, to be received no later than September 26, 2026.

12 - Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
